Hicksville Schools will be having parents complete all beginning of the year forms online this coming school year. All parents must complete the online forms if their student is returning to Hicksville Schools. No paper verification forms will be sent home this year. All information will be collected and updated electronically. Below are the instructions for updating the information provided to the school for home address, emergency contacts, etc.

  1. Please go to
  2. Enter your username and password. If your students are linked together in the cafeteria system, they will all show once logged in.

  3. Click EDIT by the first Student’s name.
  4. Enter the date, your first name, and last name. Click Save and Next.
  5. Indicate if you want Free and/or Reduced Lunch. Click Save and Next.
  6. Select with whom the student lives. Click Save and Next.
  7. Complete the information on the following screens clicking Save and Next after each entry.
  8. Complete the Agreements. Click Save and Next
  9. Electronically sign and complete the Form. Click Save and Next.
  10. Verify all the information. Click Save and Next.
  11. Click Continue to finish THIS STUDENT.
  12. You must complete the process for each student.
  13. The online registration MUST be completed and the computer protection paid, before students in grades 7-12 will be allowed to pick up their laptops.
