HICKSVILLE EXEMPTED VILLAGE BOARD OF EDUCATION
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
April 26, 2018
7:00 a.m.
The Hicksville Exempted Village Schools Board of Education met in Special Session on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. in the Central Office Conference Room. The meeting was opened by President Minda Jones, with the following Board members present: Jennifer Caryer, Minda Jones, and Jared Wonderly. Craig Eiden and Stephanie Mazur were absent.
EMPLOYMENT/CLASSIFIED STAFF
Jennifer Caryer moved and Jared Wonderly seconded to approve the following as stated:
Recommend issuing a two (2) year administrative contract to John Adams as Director of Operations Assistant beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2020.
Recommend moving Elizabeth Knight to full-time custodian at eight (8) hours per day for the remainder of her current one-year contract effective April 30, 2018.

Motion carried 3 to 0.
ADJOURNMENT
Jared Wonderly moved and Jennifer Caryer seconded to adjourn this meeting until the next Regular board meeting to be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
